The SESSA Solar Water Heating Ombudsman

Our ombudsman, Carel Ballack, helps to ensure that solar water heating, one of the country's fastest growing green industries, delivers on consumer expectations while meeting stringent quality standards. Carel is responsible for investigating complaints against companies operating in the solar water heating sector and is available to mediate and arbitrate for the successful resolution of customer complaints.

Carel also ensures that SESSA's Solar Water Heating Code of Conduct and Responsibility is strictly applied by the various parties involved with the solar water heating industry and, when difficulties or complaints do arise, assists the parties find common ground.
