Sustainable Energy Society Southern Africa - Terms of Reference for the Revision of the Renewable Energy White Paper & Target

It is that time of year again where SESSA members are requested to nominate and vote for the new SESSA Council. Please see relevant documents in this regard at the links below. The closing date for nominations is the 8th of March 2009 & voting will close on the 29th of March. Details as to the date, time and venue of the annual SESSA AGM will be circulated to members in due course:

Terms of Reference for the Revision of the Renewable Energy White Paper & Target

The Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA) has released a Terms of Reference (TOR) to request proposals to revise the White Paper on Renewable Energy Policy of 2003 and its target. This has been done in their capacity as the Implementation Support Unit of the Renewable Energy Market Transformation (REMT) unit of the Department of Energy. Proposals should reach the offices of the REMT Unit at the DBSA by 16:00 on 14 September 2009. More details are contained in the TOR linked to below.
